Moves the selected meshes to other layers based on the selection order.
Thus the first piece that's selected goes to the first empty layer after the current one, the second selection goes to the second and so on.
Only part of a mesh needs to be selected, the rest of the piece (those polygons that are connected to the selection) will be moved as well.
